The district what was the home of people speaking the most different languages and having the most different religions relays just next to Városliget, the so called lung of Pest. The biggest green park of the city does not provide the harmony only of a natural environment to the people wish to relax but offers several options by its plenty of attractions for those one also who searches for active rest.
The development of the district with serious traditions speeded up in the past few years. Several newly built apartment houses were handed over in the neighboring streets and plenty of buildings from the turn of the century were refurbished. Fancy cafeterias and restaurants can be approached even on foot, as well several theatres and museums lays just within a reach. Erzsébetváros is getting closer and closer to become a district evolving the advantages of the colorful and vivid life modern metropolises of Budapest soon.

Budapest VII. kerületének (Erzsébetváros) egyik legdinamikusabban fejlõdõ és állandóan megújuló részén kerül megépítésre ez a 6 emeletes társasház.
